I led the transformation of Square Online checkout from individual product experiences into a shared commerce platform, creating common foundations that scaled across multiple products while maintaining a consistent bar for trust, quality, and accessibility. I later led the Cash App Ordering Profiles buyer checkout across iOS, Android, and Web.
Checkout Platform: Defined the shared platform architecture and operating model balancing platform consistency with product-specific flexibility across Square Online commerce.
OOFE: Led late funnel buyer experience (Cart, Checkout, Order Confirmation) for Online Ordering for Everyone, improving conversion by ~20%.
Cash App Ordering Profiles: Led the 0→1 checkout experience across iOS, Android, and Web for Cash App’s new neighborhood based commerce platform.
AI-Powered Vision: Led the buyer component of a new AI-powered Square Online website building experience.

I led product design across Meta Commerce, spanning flagship shopping experiences, machine learning–powered recommendations, and 0→1 creator monetization capabilities, giving me experience across both mature products and new platform investments. Promoted from L4 to L5 in under a year.
Commerce Cart: Led Meta Shops Cart across Facebook and Instagram, evolving one of Meta Commerce’s highest-impact growth surfaces from isolated experiments to a governed experimentation model that scaled product quality alongside business performance.
Commerce Relevance: Created strategy around ML-derived signals from the Meta Social Commerce Graph and integrated into Facebook & Instagram shopping surfaces.
Creators-as-Marketers: Built 0→1 analytics & payments platform for creator-driven ROAS visibility.
